I was in Pittsburg, Pa this weekend to present at the Code Camp. I gave both of my current presentations: Compact Framework Development and Test-Driven Development. The presentations were well received and the attendees were top-notch and interested in everything.
Got a chance to meet a bunch of new people and learn some new things myself. The presentations on Silverlight and Advanced Silverlight were really great and full of really good information. These were the first demos I've seen that made the case for LOB applications using Silverlight 2.0.
I aslo attended a great talk by Jeremy Jarrell, which introduced the Rhino.Mocks framework. His step-by step morphing of a regular data-driven program into one which used mocks to test the database behavior was excellent. For the first time for me, the concepts gelled.
Thanks to all for a great Code Camp and to David Hoerster and gang for a bang-up job!
